Description

A B/W photograph of the 1936 flood. Taken from the Brunswick side looking towards Topsham at the site of the Swinging (foot) Bridge. All that can be seen is the tower and guys wires. The walking surface is either under water or torn away. There is some debris cut in the guy wires. It may be part of the foot bridge surface. This photo was made from a negative on September 30, 2005.
