Moulton HOH Helen D Otis Obituary in Brunswick Record, Thurs, 25 May 1922, Mrs. Helen D. Otis, widow of Captain Albert C. Otis, died last Thursday at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Charles I. Moulton of W. Roxbury, Mass, with whom she had lived the past 26 years. She was previously a life-long resident of Brunswick. Burial in Pine Grove Cemetery. Two daughters - Mrs. Alice Harstings, Washington, D.C. , Mrs. Carrie Moulton, W. Roxbury, six grandchildren, one great grandson.
