A b/w photograph of a cottage on Mere Point Road, Brunswick, ME. Back is inscribed "Bert Courson had cottage built at Blackstone in the early 1920s. Soon after his death his wife, Eleanor, sold it to Paul Derosier 1944 or 1945. Now known as 'Paul's Marina' (1990)". Dated 1937.
