A B/W photograph of the Frank J. Woods Bridge and the Pejepscot Paper Company Bowdoin Mill in the 1936 Flood. The photo is taken from the Brunswick side downstream of the bridge. It shows the water nearly touching the bottom of the bridge and water coming out of the lower windows of the mill. Two people are standing on the shore watching the water.
