The back is inscribed "'Narcissa Stone House, Water St. This house was demolished in 1960 to make way for new Route 1, 1960. House next above us with the driveway between the two properties. #3 The Garden." The house visible is not the Narcissa Stone house, but is likely a neighboring house, and the one referred to as later demolished. Not dated.
