Harry Winchester Allen was born June 28, 1863. Mr. Allen became a Druggist and joined his father, Calvin W., and brother, Everett in the ownership and operation of Allen's Drug Store at 148 Maine Street, Brunswick, ME. After their Father died, Everett and Harry took over the business. In 1922, Everett became sick and died, and Harry ran the business until his death on August 16, 1924. The businesses on Maine Street all closed for one hour so they could attend the funeral and pay their respects. Photo not dated.Collection
