Description
A B/W photographic view of Maine Street looking north from the First Parish Church steeple on the hill. Maine Street is unpaved. There are no trolley tracks. There is a fence around the Mall. One of the earliest known photos of Brunswick. Photo taken between 1850 and 1867. (Other information indicates this was taken by Thomas H. Riley between 1851-57.) Park Row is on the right of the Brunswick Mall.
