Description

A sepia toned photo of a portion of the 150th Brunswick Anniversary parade. A horse-drawn carriage is positioned on an unidentified street in front of a large brick building picture which appears in other photos from this collection (see Related). There are about 9 people standing on this wagon, which bears a sign reading "I Have Come Don't You See Me." There are many crates on the edge of the wagon, including one which is labeled "Squash." The wagon riders may be African-Americans, but it is difficult to be sure with the photo's contrast. Dated 06/13/1889. Owen house on the corner of Green and Federal Streets. Al Jordan in white clown suit.
