A B/W photograph of Town Hall, Elm Street, Topsham, ME. Dated October 21, 1921. Previously, this building, designed by Samuel Melcher, was the Congregational Society Church. It sat on the corner of Elm and Green Streets. In 1954, a tree fell on the roof but the building was repaired. In 1963, the building burned and was not salvageable.
