Framed matted Sepia photo of William G. Barrows. His name is written in ink on mat below the photo. A card stuck between the frame and glass face says "Judge of S. J. Court of Maine." A sticker on the back reads "John Piper. Pattern maker." It has a board back. The frame is a simple oval wood, gilt molded plaster frame that has gilt decorations attached to bottom and top.
Writing on back was illegible except for date, of which could not be made out "June 189__" The last digit could be a one or zero.
