Description

The pitcher is made of white porcelain. The pitcher has a lip-spout and its handle is rectangular in shape with a gold coloured overglaze decoration line running down the handle on one side.The body of the pitcher is conical in shape, on one side it has coloured overglazed decorations, in the centre there is a Canadian shield surrounding the shield are maple leaves and under the shield there is a banner that says, "DOMINION OF CANADA" with a a beaver in the middle of it. Under all of this is printed, "SOUVENIR OF PERTH, ONT.". The base of the pitcher has a flat indentation. In "VICTORIA" above it and "AUSTRIA" below it.
