Description

The bowl is made of white porcelain, on the rim of the bowl there is a gold coloured line. The body of the bowl is conical in shape and on one side it has coloured overglaze decorations. The transfer is blurred slightly, in the centre there is a Canadian Shield, surrounding the shield are maple leaves, and under the shield there is a banner that says, "DOMINION OF CANADA" with a beaver in the middle. To the left of this are the words, "SOUVENIR OF" and to the right is "CANADA"; both in black print. The base of the bowl has a flat indentation. In the middle of the base there is a mark of a crow with the word "VICTORIA" above it and "AUSTRIA" below it.
