Description

007.19.3a - Dress belonging to donor's Aunt Edith Donahue. Floor length sheath (no waistline) of black lace with a black satin underdress. 1920's style. Bottom 46cm is gathered. Sleeveless, neckline a wide "v" in back. Opens at side with snaps. Handmade with a tag inside back with the name Mary Anne Arnold. This dress is in perfect shape. 007.19.3b - The dress also has a jacket of the same black lace, not lined. 007.19.3c - Black lace gloves, no fingers, sewn with glass beads on the top gathered at wrists with 6cm wide hem tied with a black velvet ribbon.
