Wooden, cream dasher - handle is 104cm long x about 2.8cm in diameter at bottom, tapering to about 2cm in diameter at top. The working end of the dash is made of a single piece of wood carved into 3 parallel segments with a hole in the centre to accommondate the handle. There are two rectangular holes, one through each side, to give a good churning action to the cream.Dimensions
