Skimmer, Brass:
A skimmer made of brass, forged iron and copper. The brass modified bowl part is a "rounded heart" shape with slightly up-turned edges. It has three arched rows of large uniform holes for draining. The bowl is attached to the handle by two round copper rivets.
The handle is long and slender, and is made of forged iron. It has a slight dip towards the distal end and the proximal end is folded over to create a hook for hanging.
