Spade, Butter-Working or Butter Paddle:
Wood. Single piece, grain of wood goes with the length. The grain is in an oval pattern, abit off centre of the spade. The handle is carved. The handle feels smoother then the spade, most likely due to wear. At the top end of the spade are notches which probably came about due to wear and tear. The wood looks darker around the edges of the spade and on the handle.Dimensions
