993.43.128a - Rectangular clear glass bottle, 8.5 x 3.2x 13.7cm high with a black plastic screw cap. There are 2 paper labels, rectangular with rounded corners, 6.7x9.5cm high, one English text the other French each glued to opposing faces of the bottle. The labels are white, printed in light green and very dark green ink. Raised letters on bottom of the bottle are: C (inside a triangle) 2296. The bottle contains remnants of the product on the filling about 5% of the bottle.
FOR ECZEMA AND KINDRED SKIN DISORDERS along the top of the label and PLEASANT RELIABLE EFFECTIVE along the bottom of the label.

Contents of bottle has settled into a light brown mass on the bottom and sides, approximately 5% of the bottle contents.
993.43.128b - Cardboard box, 9.2x4x14.3cm high. Buff-coloured cardboard is printed in light green and very dark green on all panels except bottom. Text is same as the label on the bottle, English on front and right side panel, French on back and left side panel. On the top of the box is written "RE" and "100" with a line underneath RE at a 45° angle. There is a line underneath both zeros, and all writing is in pencil. The top Box also contains a corrugated cardboard liner which shows evidence of smudging on the inside.
993.43.128c- ADVERTISING AND DIRECTIONS - Buff-coloured paper insert, 10.3x24.1cm folding into 3 panels to make a six page booklet, 3 pages of English and 3 pages of French. Printed in light green and very dark green. Cover page reads:
