Description

A cast iron griddle/girdle, which is used for cooking, This is a flat smooth, circular pan with vertical rim (2cm) high) around the full circumfrance. Across the pan is a semi circular handle with a ring for suspension from a crane by a pot hook and can be swivelled over the hearth. Under the pan there are thre legs. In the formation of the pan are two-semicircular brackets which are directly opposite each other. The handle hangs from these brackets. Loosely attached to the middle of the handle is a round iron ring (5cm in diameter) The ring swivels in 360 degrees. In general the griddle is in good condition.
