994.32.1a - Mortar, 15.1 cm high, 12.6 cm diameter, 12 cm deep. At the top rim it is 38.5 cm in circumference, and at the base 33.5 cm. The mortar is bowl-shaped, and is cast iron. It has a small hole at the bottom. There is corrosion on the bottom underside.
994.32.1b - Pestle, 4.5 cm diameter, 20.5 cm long, and has a stop-ring in the middle of the handle, 9.5 cm from the top, and 11 cm from the bottom. The bottom is bulbous in shape, with a circumferece of 10.1 cm, and shows some corrosion. On the underside of the pestle there is a seam.Dimensions
