The salt spoons are plain in shape and are made of silver. Engraved on the end of the handle in script is "J. M. M." (or possibly "F. M. M.") Engraved on the upper-reverse of the shaft/handle is "J.W.", a lion walking to the left and looking forward (sterling standard mark for England), an "M" (date mark), and the duty mark for King George III.Dimensions
