Maude Cole and Augustus (Gus) Danforth Burnett. Wedding Picture January 20, 1904. Gus was the grandson of Philip and Mary Foster and was raised by his grandfather, Philip Foster and aunt and uncle Egbert & Jane Foster after early death of his parents, Josiah and Lucy Foster Burnett. Maude (from Iowa) boarded here as a school teacher, met and married Gus ( he was a bachelor of 37).
