Information given to by Lynden Gerking stated that James W Foster was flanked by two grandsons, Philip and Carl Ferguson. However, James W Foster died in 1909 and the two names grandsons were born in 1897 and 1903. Probably more accurately the young men are two sons, Chester, born 1871 and Cecil Nels born 1877. Picture is a composite and is colorized. Ir is in an oval wooden frame, probably maple (?) with an oval glass.Collection
