The front reads "This picture shows the kind of work I do - by hand, with pencil and brush. This picture was drawn together from Blue Prints, six months BEFORE plant was completed."
The rear reads "A GOOD PICTURE OF YOUR PLANT, used in your 1931 advertising, will have a wonderful psychological effect.
