Black and white photograph of Frazier Street in North Chattanooga (or Hill City), Tennessee. The photograph was shot looking down Delmont Street to Frazier with 208 Frazier Street at center. Ernest Condra's Food Mart occupied the building at the time of the photograph. The brick building features a string of four windows across the second floor with a white sign underneath. The sign reads "Ernest Condra's Food Mart" with two circular Coca-Cola sign's projecting at center and two bottles on either side. The street level floor features advertising and groceries in the window. A Double Cola delivery truck is out front, as well as a garbage truck passing by.
A painted sign on the side of the building across the street reads "Turner-Donaldson Electrical-Appliances. Your Hotpoint Dealer" with an arrow pointing to the street. There is also a billboard beside the building, facing Frazier Street. The Walnut Street and County bridges can be seen in the background, as well as Lookout Mountain and Cameron Hill.
