A halftone postcard showing an illustration of the Chattanooga Medicine complex. The view, with some artistic license, shows the medicine company's brick buildings with white painted advertisements on the roof. One building features the company name "The Chattanooga Medicine Co.", one advertises its "Wine of Cardui" product while another the "Black-Draught." The town of Chattanooga can be seen in the background as well as Incline number 1 & 2 and the Lookout Inn to the left. A sign is drawn to the left as well, reading" Wine of Cardui for Women" but someone has scratched it out with pencil. The illustration is titled "Lookout Mountain, Tennessee River, Missionary Ridge - Chattanooga Medicine Company in Foreground." Handwritten in pencil in the gutter is "Dear friend Jane don't come in till next | tuesday the 3 for I am going to Fortwayne will | be Home then tell your mother to Bring the butter[?] | then Laura Walters"Subject Person/Organization
