The front reads:
"Passengers for Lookout Mountain via
Incline No. 1
Are carried by our
..OBSERVATION TRAIN . .
To all points of interest on the Mountain, with privilege of STOPPING OVER at any point FREE OF CHARGE.
Fare for Round Trip on Incline, 40 cents . . . . . . Fare for Round Trip, including Observation Train, 50 cents."
The reverse reads:
"Incline No 1.
Incline Railway Co.
"HISTORIC SCENIC ROUTE"
to all points on LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN.
Points of interest to be seen via THIS ROUTE ONLY: Point Lookout, Pa. Bronze Tablets, Western Palisades, Sunset Rock, Garden of the Gods, Natural Bridge, Hooker's Battlefield "Above the Clouds" Moccasin Bend.
And from the balcony of the Point Hotel, to which all passengers are admitted, can be seen Seven States, viz: Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia."
