An envelope advertising Lookout Mountain Incline No. 1. The envelope rear, printed in blue ink, reads "Take the Lookout Mountain Incline No 1 for the grandest scenery in the south Battle above the clouds, United States military park with monuments and tablets to volunteers Rode along the western palisades to Sunset Rock, Sunset Park, Natural Bridge and top of mountain and all principal points of interest Point Hotel with view of Chattanooga, Tennessee River, Missionary Ridge and Chickamauga" There is also a small printed signature at the bottom right that reads "Repects of Chatt" The front has blanks for writing that reads "___________ Co. ____5th Penn. V.I. Camp Geo. H. Thomas Lytle, GA."
