Description

Six fold brochure for the Signal Mountain Hotel on Signal Mountain, Tennessee. The brochure features six panels describing the amenities of the Signal Mountain Hotel and Signal Mountain. The front panel, when folded, features a black and white photograph of the hotel with a trolley out front, to the right. The top reads "Signal Mountain Hotel" in a large decorative font. "Signal Mountain Chattanooga, Tenn." is written above the photograph. Below reads "ABSOLUTELY FIREPROOF Elevation 2000 Feet, 200 Rooms - 200 Baths, Signal Mountain, Co., Owners. Take cars at Market & Ninth Sts. Marked Signal Mt. Route." The rear panel, when folded, features two photographs of the golf course and shows two women and one man playing golf. The photographs are titled "On the Links, Signal Mt. Country Club. The brochure also includes photographs and descriptions of the many amenities of the hotel and surrounding area, including tennis courts, swimming pools, hiking, horseback riding, Rainbow Lake, and a description of the hotel itself.
