Black and white photograph mounted on textured cardstock showing a group of uniformed men walking. The men appear to all be wearing uniforms, four with dark shirts and the other five with light shirts. The man at the front of the grouping is waving at the photographer. There are a number of white canvas tents in the background of the photograph. This image was taken circa 1898 at Champ Thomas during the Spanish American War.
The rear of the photograph reads "Prisoners, Chickamauga Park." which may be in reference to himself and fellow servicemen as no reference to prisoners of war at Camp Thomas during the Spanish American War can be found at this time.Photograph Details
