A Keystone View Company glass lantern slide showing the view from Lookout Mountain and the Tennessee River. The view shows two men along the edge of Sunset Rock. One man is reclining on the rock formation at bottom right. He is wearing a light colored suit with a bow tie and a six-panel cap. A second man is standing behind him in a similar outfit but he is wearing a white tie and a boater hat. The man is also holding a Kodak Brownie or similar box camera. The Tennessee River can be seen behind them as well as the farmland on Moccasin Bend. The road seen towards the bottom of the view is likely the Wauhatchi Pike.
The enclosure on the lantern slide reads "Keystone View Company | Studios Meadville, PA | (c) Underwood & Underwood" at left and "H143 (V26152) View from Lookout Moun-|tain, the Tennessee River."Photograph Details
