The plate partially reads "...AF - 1570 60". The car is parked in front of a single-story cement block building with a two-story brick building beside it and other taller buildings in the background. The back of a billboard can be seen at right in the background. The location is identified as a parking lot behind 10th and Market Streets. The long building to her left is the Rogers Theater.
