A postcard with the front showing a photograph of Chattanooga Fire Department No. 1, located on Carter Street at the foot of Gillespie Hill. The Richardson Romanesque fire department featured a center campanile and two corner turret extensions and six bays, five of which have wide garage doors for trucks.
