A man at the far right of the grouping is smiling towards the photographer. White tents can be seen in the left field of the image as well as horses on the right. The rear of the photograph reads "Prisoners, Chickamauga Park." which may be in reference to himself and fellow servicemen as no reference to prisoners of war at Camp Thomas during the Spanish American War can be found at this time.
