"Madame Voo Doo I Doo" waved her hands over the crystal ball and sud denly there appeared a picture. A famous school teacher. Frankie Greer, stand ing on the New York Docks ready to leave for Europe. The Crystal ball turned dust dark and then the picture appeared. A picture of the "First International Bank," established, owned, and operated by Johnny Givens. Johnny's head typist was Judy Rapp. (1 knew Judy would gain her typ ing skill somehow. She was always complaining about just having one hour for Typing Class.) Another one of my classmates employed by Johnny was, Pat Sparks, Johnny's secretary. The scene in the crystal ball blurred and took shape again, and there was an airplane flying through space. Then the picture grew plainer, and I could see that the pilot was Paul Reisinger, and behind him sat the Co-Pilot, Roger Holbrook. Last night June 17, 1968 I walked down the quiet narrow street, I came up on tire Shoppe of "Madame Voo Doo I Doo" the famous fortune teller. I stepped over the threshold into a completely different world, of weird magic and sus pense. I decided to give "Madame Voo Doo I Doo" a good problem, that of finding our where my classmates of '58 had wandered into this world. The scene goes to Ansback, Germany, there standing in army uniforms was Edward Rider, and Howard Weaver, and standing up front giving orders, was Sergeant Charles Greer. The scene is still in New York at "Good Year" in the office of Lucy Vanover. There was Shelby Howard, dictating a letter to Lucy. (Poor Lucy, still cram ming her head with more Shorthand.) As "Madame Voo Doo I Doo" waved her hands over the crystal ball, she said, in a deep voice, "I see that your two, closest girlfriends have succeeded in life. " There in the crystal ball was a picture of the "New York Clinic," and there in surgery was Carolyn Pennington and Doris Blaney. BETTY IRENE McKENZIE The next person I recognized was that of "Florida's Favorite Dance Instruc tor, " Nancy Davis, now Mrs. Delbert Hines. I recognized the next person at once, it was, Carl Irvine, Radio Comedian. Carl has his own Radio Program, called, "Irwin's Hour. " (Carl was always an honest, hard-working boy, so I knew he would succeed in life.) The next building that came in view was, "Big Bear Grocery. " I wondered which one of my class-mates could be working there. As the picture grew plainer, I could see on the office window a sign that read, Max Williamson, Manager. The picture made a big flash, and there it was, a picture of "Indiana's Largest Machine Company. " I knew I had heard of that name before. Yes, I remember. How could I forget, I had been secretary there since 1962. The crystal ball lit up real bright and then made a big flash and went pitch dark, and I could see no more. I left the "Shoppe" and went out to enjoy the fresh air.
