Description

Calendar clock that belonged to Pike County Sheriff Jesse Foster of Waverly, Ohio. Jesse Horace Foster was born in Scioto County, Ohio on April 28, 1902 the son of Dorcey and Ella Deliah Jordan Foster. He married Blanche Purtee on December 3, 1925. He died on January 3, 1986. Mr. Foster was the retired Pike County Sheriff. He was buried in Piketon's Mound Cemetery.
