All three seniors showed a great amount of leadership for a very young and inexperienced team. The Piketon softball team had three seniors this season. The first of these is Kim Smith, who showed a tremendous amount of athletic ability by playing three to four positions during the season. The second senior is Lora Barbee who pitched all but one of the games this season. She was a member of the regional 400 m. relay and a finalist in the 800m. run. The three girls who made up the relay were Shelly Williams and Jeanette McNelly and also Jenny Brodess.
