Description

Mr. Pearl Emerson Umpleby died at his residence, 362 East Fourth street, Friday at 8 a. m. after a nine weeks' illness from complications. Born in Fayette County, Jan, 13, 1887, the son of William and Margaret Farney Umpleby, he was married June 10, 1910 to Blanche Leedom who survives, also surviving is his mother, a son Max, and a brother, Jake. Mr. Umpleby was a member of the Modern Woodmen of America. Funeral will be conducted Sunday at 3:30 p.m. from Ware funeral home with the Rev. M. R. White In charge.
