Description
Program dedicating the newly created Pike County Emergency Medical Service on June 19, 1974. Dignitaries at the dedication included Ohio Governor John J. Gillian. Units were manned by volunteers and located in the communities of Waverly, Piketon, Beaver, and Elm Grove.
