Interior of Wichita Grass-House

Sepia-tone photogravure is the image of an interior of a of a Wichita grass-house, The cropped view includes a dirt floor with an unrecognizable object (possibly a bundle) lying on the left and back, circular grass wall. The grass wall is supported by vertical, wood beams (made of small tree trunks/limbs) and horizontal, criss-crossing and interwoven twine. Within the picture plane there are two heavier, vertical wood beams supporting an upper horizontal running rafter.
