Description

A valkyrie (or Joan of Arc?) astride a rearing horse. The warrior holds a hatchet in her raised right arm, has a shield on her left arm. Body is made of bronze, the head of ivory, the horse is caparisoned in vari-colored bronzes. Figurine stands on a base of rouge marble.
