Description

[W4] Fragmented Tudor Rose in yellow, red, and blue inside a ring of alternating blue and yellow bands. Bordered, with diamond shape background pattern. Originates from Hever Castle in Edenbridge, Kent, England. Taken from a nine piece lancelet triptych featuring a Noblewoman, Nobleman, Bishop, Tudor Roses, and floral designs.

Installed within protective glazing frame, fixed into a rectangular quarry window doubling as vent. Has small arched panel directly above rectangle. Three rebars placed behind panel horizontally. Plexiglas behind has 14 holes for circulation, has become opaque.

Scope of work: Clean and treat steel structure against rust. Remove protective glazing sheet to assess glass condition on back. Replace Plexiglas. Clean frame. In situ regular maintenance of quarry.
