Jacobean carved oak wainscot chest with oblong overhang top, two oblong-paneled shallow and octagonal paneled deep full width drawers. Each drawer is separated by half-round horizontal moldings and cut-work rectangular keyplates as well as drop handle pulls.

In 1995 drawer slides were remade because originals were too worn. William Clark used aluminum angle stock screwed to the drawer sides. He also replaced beaded molding and refinished piece.Provenance
