A Federal carved and inlaid tall-case clock with original brass movement. The hood with swan neck cresting, reeded colonettes, arched glass door, shell inlays, over a base which ends in a curved skirt and floring bracket feet. The movement has brass dial with ship painting, phases of the moon, second, date, and alarm registers with maker's name.

Clarke - provided key to face door, washed complete face, replaced finish with shellac, reglued joint between waist and bottom box, matched finish on all new material, reset, made, attached edge banding, repaired crack in side, removed molding, cleaned and reglued it, removed, cleaned and reglued bottom box, added strips to box, rebuilt all feet.Valuations
