Cast-bronze Renaissance style andiron, having a rampant lion above, holding a shield, with floral coat of arms. The lion is standing on a base ornately cast with grotesque masques, two bacchus-type figures, and finally ending in winged-lion feet. The lion has its head thrown back and tongue extended. The firewood support in rear, with urn finial stops.Collection
