An oversize porcelain covered Dresden urn, probably German, from late 19th Century, having a domed lid with applied vine, incorporating floral and fruit, and painted moths and insects, the body with two elaborate scenes of three birds on tree branches - robin red-breast and oriole type birds, with insect and moth decoration interspersed, mounted on circular wooden base.
