Plate with a 1.8 inch rim. The rim has a white edge on the side. It is on the front in the colors of red and white mainly. There are fruits, vines, flowers, pine cones, and squirrels on it. They all even are on the indentation before the center of the plate. On the center of the plate is a brick building with a balcony on top and 3 flagpoles with flags raised. There is a circular walkway going past it and along side are benches and an open area full of people. Numerous trees are located on the ground with two lare flagpoles in the center.
