Description

Square-based stand for kettle and spirit-burner, belonging to the Georgian / Rococo Tiffany & Co. tea and coffee service set. Has foliate banding around base, sits on four corner feet. Two arms extend out from either side to hold kettle. Has hole cut in center to hold burner. Stamped on bottom "Tiffany & Co., Makers, Silver-Soldered - E. P., 1299-75" Moved from Louis XVI Reception Room Tea Service to Storage, by Henry B. Joyce, 12. 2008
