Description

17th Century English carved oak side chair. Has curviate carvings and carved feather and leaf motif on crest rail with finials on either side. Caning on back splat and seat. Block and ring-turned side stiles, legs, side stretchers and H-stretcher. Front stretcher is carved with similar feather and leaf design. Two front feet end in carved scroll.
