Blown, clear glass decanter with bulbous body, thin neck, pedestal base and wide rim. Has hand-painted banding and floral spray decoration around body in blue, gold, red, and blueish green. Separate glass stopper belongs to it. Has "10" hand-painted in gold on bottom, and "Made in Czecho-Slovakia" stamped on bottom.
