Description

An engraving of the Countess of Coventry, by English artist Jonathan Spilsbury (1737-1812) with a provenance from a distinguished New York Collection. The engraving is matted and framed with engraving after Sir Joshua Reynolds (1723-1792) an 18th Century Enligh portraitist and member of the Royal Academy of Art, London. His paintings were highly influential to many 18th & 19th Century portraitists.
